The Student Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and responsibilities of every student enrolled at the Australian Institute of Hospitality & Management (AIHM).
By enrolling at AIHM, students agree to act with honesty, courtesy, and respect towards peers, staff, property, and the broader learning community. The Code supports the principles of fairness, equity, safety, academic integrity, and professional behaviour—both on campus and during industry placements.
This Code applies to all courses, locations, and learning environments including excursions, events, and online platforms. Serious breaches may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, depending on the severity of the incident.
Students are encouraged to raise concerns about misconduct and will be supported throughout any formal process with confidentiality, fairness, and procedural transparency.
