Refunds vary depending on timing of withdrawal and visa status.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing with supporting documents.

Visa Refusal (before course starts): Full refund, less administration fee
Withdrawal before course start: Partial refund based on notice period
Withdrawal after course starts: No refund unless under special circumstances
Provider default: Full refund in line with ESOS requirements
