Christa is a seasoned education leader with over 10 years of experience in Australia’s vocational education and training (VET) sector. As AIHM’s Principal Executive Officer, she ensures our institute meets the highest standards in quality, compliance, and student outcomes.

With a strong background in training, auditing, and RTO operations, Christa is highly skilled in navigating Australian education frameworks including the Standards for RTOs, ESOS Act, and National Code. She leads AIHM’s compliance strategy with precision—maintaining regulatory readiness and upholding best practice.

Christa holds a Master’s in Management and several nationally recognised qualifications, including auditing and business. She’s also a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Culinary Federation.

Bilingual in English and French, Christa brings a global outlook and a passion for empowering students through education that’s industry-relevant, compliant, and future-focused.
