Education Agent Training Course
The Education Agent Training Course is an online course supported by Australian Education International (AEI) and the Department of Home Affairs. It provides Education Agents with information about the Australian education system, Australia as a study destination, education quality assurance, and visa regulation processes. Agents who pass the formal test become Qualified Education Agent Counsellors.
ISANA: International Education Association
ISANA is the representative body for international education professionals in Australia and New Zealand, offering resources and a free online tutorial to help Education Agents understand Australian education standards under the National Code.
The National Code (2018) and ESOS Framework
