At the Australian Institute of Hospitality & Management (AIHM), we make it easy for international students to pay their fees with confidence. From application through to course enrolment, our process is clear, secure, and backed by dedicated support.

Your Letter of Offer will include a breakdown of all fees, including your tuition, materials, and any other applicable charges. If you need help understanding your payment obligations or due dates, our friendly Admissions Team is here to assist you.

How to Pay

AIHM accepts the following payment methods:

1. Bank Transfer (Recommended)

Bank transfer is the preferred method for international payments. Your Letter of Offer will contain our secure bank account details.

Please include your full name and student ID in the payment reference.
After payment, email your transfer receipt to: admissions@aihm.au

Note: AIHM does not publish public banking details online for security reasons. All official bank information is provided in your offer documents.

2. Credit or Debit Card

If available, we’ll provide a secure payment link via email or invoice. Credit card transactions are subject to processing fees and local availability.

3. Via Your Education Agent

If you’re applying through an authorised agent, they may assist you in arranging payment and submitting confirmation to AIHM on your behalf.

When to Pay
