Emergency Support

Your Safety Is Always Our Priority

AIHM is committed to providing immediate and compassionate support during serious incidents—on or off campus.

A critical incident is a traumatic or serious event that affects a student’s wellbeing, safety, or ability to continue their studies. At AIHM, we take these incidents seriously and have clear procedures in place to respond quickly, ensure student safety, and offer the right level of support.

We understand that international students may be far from family and may not be familiar with emergency procedures in Australia. That’s why our team is trained to manage emergencies with care, confidentiality, and respect—ensuring that you feel supported throughout.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, always call 000 for police, fire, or ambulance services. For non-urgent support, contact Student Services or the Campus Manager immediately.
