At the Australian Institute of Hospitality and Management (AIHM), we provide transparent and affordable tuition fees to support international students in achieving their career goals. Our fees are reviewed annually and published on this website, in our marketing materials, and within your Letter of Offer and Student Agreement.
What’s Included in Your Fees
Your tuition fee covers:
Course delivery and assessment
Access to learning resources, online systems, and facilities
Student support services, including English language and digital learning assistance
Use of on-campus amenities and IT access
Some courses may have additional costs for uniforms, equipment, or materials. These will be outlined in your Letter of Offer before enrolment.

This schedule is updated annually and included in your Letter of Offer and Written Agreement.
Additional Fees
In addition to tuition, international students may incur the following:
Application fee (non-refundable)
Materials and resource fees (course-dependent)
Optional OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover)
Reprint or document request fees
All applicable charges will be clearly outlined in your agreement before enrolment.
Pay in manageable instalments via EFT, card, or in-person—outlined clearly in your Letter of Offer.
Your fees are safeguarded by the Australian Government’s Tuition Protection Service (TPS).
AIHM offers flexible and convenient payment methods:
Electronic bank transfer
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
In-person payment at reception (EFTPOS)
You’ll receive your full payment schedule as part of your enrolment documents. Flexible instalment options may be available for eligible students—please speak to our Admissions Team for more information.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you withdraw before the course starts, a partial refund may be available depending on your notice period. Visa refusals are also eligible for a refund, minus the application fee.
Once a course has commenced, tuition fees are generally non-refundable unless AIHM is unable to deliver the program. Full policy terms are included in your Letter of Offer and Student Handbook.
